For sweet croffles: melted chocolate, maple syrup, chocolate chips, Nutella and banana, peanut butter and jelly, pure maple syrup, chocolate sauce, cinnamon sugar.□ Variations: A croffle sandwich: add these between the two croissant halves prior to waffle iron. Use plant-based milk in place of dairy milk.With BLW, make these as directed and cut into tiny bite-size pieces that are age-appropriate (larger for younger).For babies between 6 to 12 months, feel free to omit vanilla extract.Bake the crescent dough sheets as normal by rolling them up, let them cool, cut in half and continue the recipe, as directed. These have super flaky layers and would be just as good as leftover croissants. You can also bake crescent roll dough.Feel free to use pre-made croissant dough and bake at home for an even more fresh croissant.
